A Best Practice Guide edited by Clarice Dankers Client: World Institute for Nuclear Security, Vienna, AustriaProject Type: Best Practice Guides

Work Performed: Since 2010, the World Institute for Nuclear Security has published more than 30 International Best Practice Guides on issues dealing with nuclear security. Each one is written in English by an expert on the topic; once approved, the manuscripts are sent to me for editing.

I substantively rewrite each guide, often making fundamental changes in the way the story is told, while keeping the technical information in tact. I also design the overall layout of each guide and revise the graphics–or create completely new ones–to better illustrate the author’s point.

On average, each guide is between 20 and 30 pages. Once complete, they are translated into six additional languages.
